Well Bristol's a pretty nice place.

A fair amount of hills and the student halls are pretty far off, but as a town it's pretty sweet. I think I'd still rate Nottingham over it. I'm still looking for a fourth Univeristy though, argh.

In other news, I've just watched Donnie Darko on DVD. Now that's a good film.
Well, actually, I'm not sure if it was, but it sure is a strange one and so I enjoyed it, being able to formulate my own theories. Finally a film where the viewer has to engage his or her brain.

I'm stuck between theorys though. At first I thought the rabbit had somehow gone back intime to prevent his own death, but that soon struck me as stupid for several reasons, such as nobody else could see him, and he'd actually caused his onw death, since he'd got Donnie interested in time travel, and so was the reason Donnie was at the shack that night to shoot the rabbit.

So, my view is this: Donnie has the gift to see into the future. He knew that he was going to die that night, but only in his deep subconscious. His mind therefore created a being, which took the random form of the rabbit that his mind knows from the future, and lead himself away from the bed. This would fit as nobody else could see the rabbit, and it would also explain how Donnie could see people's future movements with the liquid tube-like structures.

There's many things left unanswered though. Such as how Donnie knew the second time that he did not want to escape. It can't be that he was ignorant of the future the second time, since he was laughing. Had he gone back in time along with the engine of the plane? If so, why were there not two Donnies in his bed? Maybe that's just a principle of time travel, that two sets of identical matter can not coexist at one moment in time, but they would not have been identical as Donnie still had his memories of the future the second time he lay in bed.

ANYWAY, in other news, there's been more screenshots leaked of the future version of Windows, known as 'Longhorn' . Check them out, they aren't that interesting but hey.

Stuff tbh
Otto and Nemesis have been granted trialing positions in D13 for when the two brothers get ADSL on the 13th
One of heady's and trix' old clan members is also trialing named porter.
We then would have 12 members. ReIce is inactive, due to HL problems, and flans just a crab, so it'd make about 10 active members, which is nice.
Match tomorrow and monday, trying to lay off the constant matches, wears you down a bit. None after that for a bit
Heady's doing the info section, which I'm a tad worried about.

Won last nights game, not as much as I hope though. 14-10 or something. Placed 45th now, near front page.
Got another game against SCOTS tonight, lower than us, challenged us a while back I think, when we were n00bs, going for easy points I expect.
Hope we win.
G-Shock performed well btw, I didn't.

General stuff
Erm, join and challenge scripts all sorted, could make a php script that adds matches to a database, can I be arsed? As ever, no, just use an e-mail script.
Got a match tonight, VS FKR or something, should be ok.
Results section updated, not much else to do I don't think, maybe I could do the links section, but nobody cares about that anyway.
